American A-1 Waterproofing

one of the best experiences I have ever had with a major home project. Was having signs of seepage in my basement and floor was buckling, First met with Bob who evaluated my situation and made recommendation to add additional drainage to my existing system , replace concrete floor and put a vapor barrier along the walls . Estimate was reasonable and flexible. Foreman Gibson arrived on time each day and kept me informed on progress. they were professional, courteous and left area clean at the end of each day. When as issue came up and that was beyond any ones control. Roland the owner came that day and addressed it . near the end Gibson noticed that my existing sub pump was damaged by some debris and replaced it immediately at their expense. My basement is clean and dry .

Very timely and professional. Quality work. didn't try to oversell me and were clear about what they could and couldn't guarantee for a fix. The estimate provided was complete and accurate.

The sales rep Bob was great, we had the initial visit and had further questions, he arranged for Roland, the owner to come to our home and answer all of our concerns regarding the work. I cannot recommend this company enough. The work completed was exactly as described and they even finished a day early. The foreman, Lu is an asset to this company, he kept the job on task, he was very patient and answered our questions, he was very informative.

They were hired to waterproof my basement. They were very professional, neat and fast. The price was very reasonable. The foreman & workers were very friendly and coordinated the work with the electrician for the sump pump. My basement is still dry after 3 inches of rain on 04/29/14. I would recommend them to anyone looking to waterproof their basement. My only issue is that the project manager did not come to review and inspect the job after completion. Also, I do not know when the sump pump is on or off and how to know if it is on if there is a power outage or power surge.

They walk you thru the procedure and followup. You do meet the tem and the foreman also answers any concerns before the work starts. The work site was left very clean and just as before the work. Thank you much for the quickness in getting the job done, amazing!

A1 wa professional throughout the entire process. Friendly, organized, clean, showed up when they said they would and finished on-time. Foreman talked to us every day and let us know what was going on, where they were in the process and any issues or questions they had.

The crew did excellent work, overcoming challenges as they arose.

I got several bids to waterproof my crawl space. Bob, the owner, did a thorough ispection of the space and the foundation, gave me a competitive bid and also was the only one who did not recommend extra work in the basement the other companies were trying to push on me. The crew was very professional, completed the job in 2 days, as they promised, and the space has been totally dry since. They cleaned up well. I had a question about a minor imperfection and Bob offered to come and fix it in a few days.

These guys are very detail oriented, great at provided various solutions for you needs and budgets. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. I now have someone reliable to call for all my plumbing/waterproofing needs. Highly recommended.
