The company personnel were efficient, competent and cleaned up the area so there was no trash left behind. Installation went well and since the entire duct work was replaced I was surprised they did it in a day. Came at 8 and left at 5pm. Great job!!!

Outstanding installation crew. Totally professional.

The work crew was polite and seemed efficient, but the unit did not pass the building inspection because the circuit breakers were the wrong size. This has not yet been remedied. Also, we agreed to purchase and have installed with our unit a UV light and wi-fi thermostat. They did not have the items stating backorder. The unit was installed on May 27. We have called 3times. To date, none of the issues have been resolved and our phone calls have only been returned once. We are very disappointed as the company came highly recommended.

The consultation was very helpful. My landlord wanted to use his own air conditioning person, so I wasn't able to use this service. I would certainly recommend them. They seem caring and reliable.

Efficient technician.

Technician explained problem and how he was to repair problem. At completion he cleaned area of work, and explained future regular maintenance and programs available. Technician was courteous and friendly. I will recommend.

Had A/C system replaced. Eric the technician, Jamie the salesman, Shaun and Gary the installers all did an excellent job. Everything was done in a professional manner. At this point, I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Being a single mom and not having any idea of how to handle this kind of repair, I was extremely comfortable with Jamie (their sales rep) guiding me in the right direction. Their quote on this project was extremely reasonable and the workmanship was of high quality.

Customer Service was very prompt by calling right away. Service Tech. was out within an hour or so. Did all checks on the ac unit. Asked me questions and I was able to ask questions also, and he did not have a problem with that. Found the problem and advised me of the situation. Thank You

Worst HVAC experience ever. Brand new 4t Goodman 18 SEER system installed in 2018. LOUD is an understatement! Then they want $450 to install a SECOND air intake to hopefully quiet the intake noise. FF 1 year and the system breaks down. We were sold an extended warranty for $650 which was sold to us as 100% inclusive, come to find out that is NOT the case. Only certain parts are included, there is always a service call (even after the tech told us the orig installers added too much freon), and there is a co-pay on any/all work done.
