Answered my phone call through HomeAdvisor late in the PM and set up a date. Arrived on the date and on time. Professional work done and employees were appropriately dressed. Customers may want to consider having ear plugs while the work is done. I did not see the cleaner wearing ear protection. It is a noisy machine.

Very hardworking, professional and pleasant crew to have around. Chris did an excellent job of keeping me posted on every stage of the project, made sure all my questions were answered. They all worked together smoothly and efficiently. Very kind, patient and helpful when one of my cats dove into a vent and then hid behind my couch.

Chris and Quentin are amazing. They were professional and friendly and did an excellent job and the price was more than fair. Whatever mess was made during the process of cleaning my dryer vent and ac ducts was cleaned up immediately and thoroughly and they arrived on schedule. I would recommend them without hesitation - in fact I did and they are now performing the same work in two of my neighbors' homes! Also, their first line of contact, Denise, was exceptional over the phone in providing information and quotes - and she was a major factor in my selecting American Air over other companies I interviewed.

I am very pleased with the service and professionalism. I was in a need of a company quickly due to mold in the air ducts. With the cold temperatures coming, I needed this resolved so I could use my heater. The company quickly accommodated me and did a great job.
