Jose came to my house 3 times trying to find why my AC was not working. Instead of fixing anything, he kept trying to upsell me on things I did not need. He claimed to do a diagnostic and charged me for it but he never found the problem. He seemed totally lost trying to fix the issue. He would point a thermometer at a vent blowing hot air and say it was cold. He told me the problem was how I had my vents open meanwhile I explained to him no one has touched the vents in 3 years and it was never a problem before. Finally, I asked for a refund and he refused unless he came back and took out Freon from my system that I did not even need. Awful rip off, would never recommend. Avoid at all costs.
