American Ambassador

I can’t recommend Kyle with American Ambassador enough. He did an incredible job completely redoing the tile in our bathroom, and the quality of his work really speaks for itself. Kyle removed all of the existing floor and shower tile, corrected and leveled everything underneath, properly waterproofed the shower, and then retiled the entire space. He was extremely thorough throughout the whole process and made sure everything was done the right way. What impressed me most was how much he went above and beyond. While working on the bathroom, he noticed several other things that needed attention and took the time to address them as well. He genuinely cares about the quality of his work and about leaving the homeowner with something that is built to last. Kyle was reliable, honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. He showed up when he said he would, communicated well, and never tried to cut corners. I’ll absolutely be calling him again for future projects.

Kyle from American Ambassador did such a great job! He is such a hard worker and got the job done right . He’s very reliable and was on time at the exact time he said he would be there to begin working. My LVP was broken and split in several places due to an un-level subfloor. He was able to strip the old flooring, fix the subfloor, and lay down the new LVP to make it look brand new. I’d highly recommend American Ambassador for your flooring or home repair needs!

Kyle showed up on time every day. Once the job was completed he came back about 2 weeks later to make sure no touch ups were needed. 10 out of 10 recommend.
