MY father opened American Appliance Service in 1974, and I took over the business in 2008 for him. We pride ourselves on being a local, family-owned business. I strive to respond to my customers as quickly as possible and provide the best quality service at a fair price.

The technician kept getting me confused with someone else. Took multiple phone calls to get straight. Eventually got right and glad he did, as my issue was not what he originally thought it was from our phone conversation.
