They NEVER finished my repair, This is the worst appliance repair place ever. I contacted "call for action" and started a suit... the company said they would complete the job. I then told "call for action" that things were under control, then... American Appliance said they don't work on Maytag's. So, I'm out 350.00 and had to spend another 350.00 to buy a decent used washer and dryer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. All they want is your money and they don't care if the appliance is fixed or not. Good luck and I'm sorry your appliance went out, try craigslist for a decent used appliance before contacting this crap of a company.

The work was not done by the person listed. I am still waiting for a part and the freezer is not cold. I have had a slow time getting him to call me back so I could tell him it wasn't working. I left messages 4 times and finally got him the third day. Fixed referigeratolr and then had to come back again.

They have done 2 projects for us----repair a dishwasher and after they did such a good job on that we asked them to repair a furnace at another location. Both jobs were done quickly and professionally---very good.

I was glad to find out that I could get someone to repair my freezer on that Friday, because all the other repair companies said I would have to wait until the following Monday. By them coming out on Friday I was able to save all the food in my freezer.

The dryer hadn't been heating properly. Matt replaced the thermostat and blew out a lot of lint from the back of the dryer. It still takes longer than it should to dry clothes, and I was not happy with the balls of lint he left all over the laundry room. I recommend he take along a hand-vac and clean up after the job is done. Also, the part seemed awfully expensive, compared with prices I saw online.

Customer service was above and beyond. Although the part didn't come in on Friday, when expected, they paid the extra fee to have it over-nighted and then came out on their own time on Sat to fix my washing machine for no additional cost. I was very impressed and would definitely use them again!!

I had a service tech come out to fix my washing machine. He had to order the parts and was to come back in a few days. The parts did not come in on time so we had to wait an additional day or two. Once he got here with the parts after trying to fix he realized that if he did fix it there would end up being additional problems so he did not feel comfortable having us pay for a fix that would not last. I appreciate his response to that, however, the problem I have with them is that I paid for the parts and the labor up front and almost 2 months later I am still waiting for my refund. They keep giving us the run around and still no check.

We A.A.R.S. do not believe in charging up front more than 50% of the repair. Justin would charge 100% and tell that the repair was complete. Paying on productivity did not work in this case. He has been relieved and your check has been mailed from St Louis area offic"

We were very please with the service that we got. It was very timely. He did a great job. The refrigerator works real well now. He also looked at another appliance and did a little work on that without charging us anything on that. I think he went the extra mile.
