Arrived early, and gave a courtesy call to let me know they were at the site (my church). They actually serviced our fridge at our church, a lot of other appliance repair companies would not. We will definitely recommend American Appliance and calling them if we need future repairs

Craig diagnosed the problem with my freezer within minutes. He ordered the parts on Saturday and had it fixed on a Wednesday. I would definitely hire him again.

CRAIG WAS RIGHT ON TIME----VERY PLEASANT---WENT RIGHT TO WORK---FOUND THE PROBLEM AND WAS DONE IN 20 MIN. EVEN MADE A NEW FRIEND---MY DOG SADY!!

American Appliance repair CHARGED ME $247.65 TO MAKE MY CLICKING PROBLEM ON MY REFRIGERATOR TO A DEAD NON COOLING REFRIGERATOR by putting in frion...THEY HIDE BEHIND THAT THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE FRION. WHEN I CALLED GRAIG 20 MIN AFTER HE LEFT TO TELL HIM I HAVE HISSING &GURGLING SOUNDS IN MY REFRIGERATOR; HE TOLD ME THEY DONT GUARANTEE FRION BUT HE'D COME BACK TOMORROW EVENING. HE NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED!! I LEFT MESSAGES, SENT TEXT TO NO AVAIL. NEVER HEARD A WORD BACK FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM!!!! I lost meats and other frozen items Especially my 6 STEAKS!!!

Failure to complete the job and failure to contact me.

I was scammed by this so-called professional. He came to my home twice, once to assess the problem and then asked for the payment in full before the job was done. I said I'd pay for parts and give him the remainder when the job was complete. He came back a week later with the parts, installed them and demanded the remainder of payment. Said to leave the appliance unplugged for two hours to thaw the water line. Five hours later the refrigerator still doesn't produce water to the dispenser or the icemaker. He refuses to answer my repeated calls to his voice mail. I will report him to the Better Business Bureau, as well as, Home Advisor.

I set two appointments with him. I drove 1.5 hrs each way twice and he never showed!! Spoke to him several times. He never showed. I finally did the project myself. Totally ridiculous. The worst customer service ever. I most likely won t use HomeAdvisor again either. How could y all recommend such a crappy place.

They were basically on time. He called before he came. Was very polite and neat and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again

I've been dealing with this repair service for almost three weeks now, they do not follow up well to ensure service was effective, and do not return calls in a timely manor. I finally had to call another repair service to complete the work.

Tech was informative courteous and very professional he was straight forward. Save me some money even looked at another appliance. Will use him again.

They arrived on time and give advice to by another dryer then put money in to the dryer.

The workers came in identified the problem, gave advice on parts to save on cost, came back installed parts for a clean transition from broken to a working product. Would highly recommend.

They were able to fit me in right away, and the two gentlemen who came were very professional. I haven t had to get an appliance fixed in a while, but it just seemed really expensive. They were only there for 30 minutes and I think only one part had to be replaced. It was over $200. They did give a military discount, nevertheless seemed high. He showed us what seemed to be a bluebook for appliance and labor repair? But that doesn t really tell me anything.

They were prompt and courteous. The charges were fully explained beforehand so I knifes what to expect and how to pay. We made an appointment, they called ahead and were on time. They examined my refrigerator and found the issue. A part needed to be ordered, again charges were explained. When the part arrived, they came when we had scheduled and installed the part. All in all, EXACTLY what I needed!

Arrived on time and repaired oven quickly.

I had a problem with my refrigerator freezing up and not draining correctly causing water to drip on the floor. I contacted American Appliance and scheduled for 10:00AM, they called at 10:00AM to tell me they were running behind, at 10:10 they were at my door, at 11:00 they were gone. Excellent Service! They cleared out the refrigerator, removed the back section over the coils, defrosted the coils, put everything back in the refrig, after cleaning the interior, and were on their way out by 10:50. I held them up asking for a quote on some other work, they will most likely do. Very good company, with knowledgeable and freindly personnel.

I would put zero for everything, however the system won t allow. The dryer started making the same noise that they claimed the fixed the same day. I ve tried to call them back 5 different times. Left messages no response. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT USE THEM.

I was very pleased with the timely efficent service.
