professional, detailed and service oriented!

While the appraiser was on time, his work was finished in less than an hour; he arrived maskless during the COVID-19 pandemic. The promised 72-hour turnaround on getting the appraisal to me was not met. The appraisal was very much out of sync with going prices for comparable homes in the area. It was much higher; there is no way that someone would pay that for the home. Not in today's market.

The response was quick and he showed up on time. Unfortunately over a week later I still havent received my appraisal.

The final product was excellent. The detail was more than expected.

Inaccurate results. The numbers came directly from an old fha appraisal from almost a year ago
