About us

American Audio Video has been in the A/V installation business since 1997. Everything from TVs to audio systems, camera surveillance systems and Ethernet/cat5e-6 installation for residential and commercial buildings. We have been known as a private contractor to most A/V Suppliers, builders and we were the contractors for Best Buy until 2005 when they started the geek squad. Over the years we have opened up our services to the public and we are in great standing with all of our customers and we would like to provide our top quality installation services for everyone! Home Theater Accessory Installation

Assembled and hung an Elite Screen Aeon CLR 3 123 for use with an Epson EpiqVision LS300 ultra-short throw projector. Left smudges on the screen material because of not using the included gloves throughout the entire assembly process. Only used two of the four included mounting brackets leaving questions over screen stability on the wall, but, to be fair on this point, the wall itself is not straight due to construction issues or building settlement. Offered to discuss the situation further, so I cannot fault him for that, but, the damage is done and the experience is already ruined. This is not a cheap Monoprice screen, ALR screens need a bit more TLC and time to be properly researched, assembled. and installed, and the lack of experience with this kind of screen is apparent.
