"Hi Gary, I am a little disappointed and surprised at this review. From the start, I placed your order within 24 hours of our meeting, and I have kept you up-to-date as to the progress of the production of the awning and the shipment of the awning, meaning I have returned every single phone call, email, and text, within 24 hours to keep you up-to-date. Yes, SunSetter and manufactures of the components are a little behind in the production and supply chain due to the COVID Pandemic we all face. But it was ultimately in the hands of UPS when your first Awning was mishandled and lost. Your new awning is very close to being delivered."
