Excellent workmanship and product We love our new shower
Poor workmanship. Lack of interest in customer satisfaction once they received their payment unwilling and uncooperative in working thru poor communication and quality issues. We had to bring in another contractor to remove what they did and start over. A shower upgrade that cost us double because of ABS poor worknanship
We've reached out to you on daily basis to address your concerns and all attempts have been ignored aside of a few text that you sent to our designer. At completion of your project you stated that you didn't like the white trim around your window which is what you requested and informed our designer that now you're unsure of the color you chose. All of our products come from our reputable factory that's over 100 years old and all of our products are UL certified and approved which exceeds the plumbing and building codes and requirements. To clarify our first technician that was assigned to you has resigned after over 2 years of employment with our company and was not terminated as you stated. Unfortunately after this experience he didn't feel comfortable continuing due to the language pressure that was on him. Being from a Latin country he goes to English classes on weekends to learn but regardless he was a hard working and pleasant individual. All our employees have to pass a background check, driver license record check and drug test. Unfortunately finding a perfect English speaking, competent employee that will pass the above mentioned and our training program is very rare and hard to find. We've communicated with you all along your project and our production team is here to help and answer any of your concerns. We completed your project as per your contract which you've signed for so we encourage that you return our calls at 1-800-832-2227
Poor quality of installation, communication (did not speak English), finished product does not reflect advertisement photos, walls damaged around the shower, our concerns during installation were ignored by the supervisor/main office, installers are not licensed as GC or plumbers, there was not an inspection before walls were installed. The finisher was fired after the fact, leaving with our credit card information and house code. I own three homes and have never experienced such disrespect, manipulation, and misrepresentation. I am not able to access the shower due to the unknown potential for a water issue. We are currently seeking restitution.

AB&S was punctual, professional, and informative. AB&S clearly takes pride in focusing on the fundamentals and, while limiting some options, swiftly dispatched any decisional paralysis by narrowing your options to quality, beauty, and functionality. Be prepared though, custom parts and quality control takes time (could be as long as 10 weeks to install). Quality is worth the wait. Trusting in the process, it shockingly only went one day beyond the estimated time to finish (3 days) for initial installation. None of this is to hide that errors were made. A toilet tank was damaged and its leak not revealed until AFTER we made final payment. Likewise, there were some flooring concerns and issues that we pointed out both before and after final approval and payment. To err is human. We did not, nor should you, expect a flawless installation. What you should expect is the commitment that any error is rectified. AB&S delivered on that commitment and fixed promptly.
I originally wrote a rating of one star. I wish I could change it. It turns out that it was the city holding up the permit. Mia has been on their case and had kept me in the loop. I would highly recommend this company.

Company is liars. They have taken 4 months to get a permit. Terrible management

The city that controls the permit process has their own process that must be followed. sometimes it takes longer than expected, we try to keep all our valued customers up to date with the current status of their permits. The city in your case had many delays which were completely out of our control. Please see comment above!

Great company. Followed through on everything they promised and got the work done quickly. People compliment my new bathrooms almost every time they come over. Installers did an amazing and quality job in 3 days rather than me having to wait 4 weeks for a new bathroom.
