Overall good experience. Job took several days to complete, as it should have. Awesome end result! Great Interaction with workers. Nick the project manager is extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me select and choose the best features/options for my project.

These guys have 25+ years under their belt. In fact, I hired them from a list of others that came out to look at the project because they were the only company that gave me the impression that they knew what they were talking about. They understood immediately what I was looking for and give me some useful tips on how to improve the design. Then they got down and did the work quickly and efficiently. Price was within range of what others proposed. I love the patio they installed and the neighbors can't stop complimenting me. If you're serious about your patio project then DO NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE!

Fantastic company. They were very busy but fit me into their schedule because it wasn't a big job. Even upgraded the materials for no cost. Very, Very happy with my new patio. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I regret for hiring this company, the frustration started from the beginning: 1) very poor communication a) after I decided to hire them for the project, I could never be able to contact the project manager, no answer, no call back; b) three times re-schedules: no show up, no early notice; c) when the working staffs came for the project, they didn't know the full contents of the project, I had to show them the ambiguous contract, they said their boss did say this part of the work. 2) Cannot trust their verbal promise: when the project manger came onsite for the estimation, I clearly told him what was wrong and what shouldn't/should be done, we agreed upon. But they tried to finish much less than I expected. The manager finally called me (I couldn't contact with him!) to argue the project content written on his ambiguous contract (I wish I should spend one more minute to read the whole contract, but the problem is that it's too hard to contact the project manager); 3) Too eager for money over project: even before the completion of the project I was asked to write check for the 2nd half payment of the project; 4) the guys who are actually working on project are good workers especially during a very hot day, that is the reason I give them 3 out of 5.

Great company. Do hire them, the guys were ALWAYS on time and working hard. Very nice people!

Amercian Bluegrass came out to my home and did exactly what was told to me when NIck was going over the design. They were very professional and cleaned up everything afterwards. The plants and mulch they put down look so good as it completly transformed my backyard. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

They did several brick paver and patio jobs in my neighborhood and all the neighbors are very happy with the company. All of the workers were nice, they worked hard every day until the job was finished, and the quality was excellent. They were the cheapest of 3 estimates too. I'm very happy with my new patio and front walkway. Highly recommended!

The crew was cooperative, showed up on time when they said they would, and showed a high level of skills. The company kept their word on everything and the job ended up better than we expected. We are delighted and highly recommend this company.

Poor customer service. Did not follow customers instructions. Would not return to correct the mistakes.

My backyard was completed right on schedule. The crew was very nice and the job looks fantastic. We are loving the new backyard and plan on calling them back next year to work on the front yard. The workmanship is top notch at an affordable price.

They put in stone steps from our 3-season room to a 20 x 26 stone patio and landscaping. They surpassed our expectations and very accommodating. Definitely recommend them and look forward to having them do future work for us.

We would definitely recommend ABL and use them again. They completed a patio,retaining wall, and new driveway for us, and the results were fantastic. Everyone was very professional, and the crew was very skilled, friendly, and cleaned up everything when finished. We received good advice/suggestions from Nick, and we've had many complements already.

American Bluegrass was a great choice for our landscaping project. They were on time, cleaned up after themselvesl when they were done each day. The main thing I liked was that the crew took their time and took pride in what they did. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a landscaping project.

We looked at 3 other landscapers to redo our backyard and retaining wall. American Bluegrass was by far the most professional that we met. From the beginning to the end they were very cooperative, kept us informed of the progress and there were no issues during the time they were redoing the backyard. Tony and his staff were clean and were very hardworkers. I received comments from our neighbors about how hard they worked and how great of a job they were doing.

My experience with American Bluegrass could not have been better. Tony and his crew were fantastic. They were prompt, professional and do great work. The stone work they did for my application was beyond my expectations and looks amazing. I would recommend them to anyone.

Nick and Tony are true professionals. One of the highlight of my contract was they were flexible and willing to do anything to please the customer with utmost professionalism. Nick and his team has surpassed all my expectations and perform commercial level job on the residencial project. I would hire them again and again as long as they willing to give me best price in the market. :)

The people of American Bluegrass were very willing to work with us and receptive to making changes if necessary during the process. As with any project the more communication and clarity up front the easier a project is for all. The crew on site to perform the work was very courteous and helpful.
