Called American brothers when my toilets and tubs were backing up into my house. They were able to come out same day and clear the sewer line, no gimmicks or last minute charges.

Woke up to a cold shower and my water heater heater leaking all over my garage!!! Called American Brothers and they were able to come out right away. Their plumber was friendly and acknowledgeable. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or being sold something I didn't need. They are absolutely my go to plumber for now on!

Anthony, was on time, he checked out the waterline problem, he came to a solation, and we discussed it, and his way was the best, way to go, He gave me a quote. I said ok, he left and got the parts he needed and came back and went straight to work, when he was finished, I paid, and he was so very nice, I would use his service again. His job looked net and took care of my problem. Thank you again Anthony.

I didn’t find the service at the time particularly bad, but I thought the technician could have been more professional. The time stated they would be there was originally 8-10, then they called and stated 10-12. He was still late by over a hour and didn’t acknowledge it or apologize. We understand that things happen, but still. He also made a comment, with his tone, that was a little off putting about how his machine almost broke during the job and how long had this been going on (kinda like it was our fault) and we literally just moved in. The worst part of it was paying for the camera footage taken during the job, and calling the company several times to retrieve it. Come to find out the camera service we paid for wasn’t even recorded by the technician (the receptionist stated that’s usually discussed beforehand, but the technician didn’t do that), but he did take pictures though. We never received the pictures. We called the company four times over the course of two days, and never received a thing despite being told that we would. I could be wrong, but I don’t think they have any camera documentation and that is why they keep giving us the runaround with no results. I feel like that service was ultimately a waste of time and money!

This review is based on my recent experiance of having American Brothers come out and trouble shoot a Rheem water heater they installed for me about 3 years ago. A tech was sent out initially to trouble shoot why my hot water was not lasting as long all of a sudden after three years. He performed a "fill my tub test" and after filling it half way with hot water , figured it was good. It was not good and about a week later and having the same hot water duration probelm I called and the same tech was sent out again. Before this appointment , I did some research of my own to try and trouble shoot the water heater myself. I drained and flushed it with no sign of any debris , which was surpising considerning the hard water where I live. I stopped short of inspecting the "dip tube" which by most accounts was probably the probelem if their was no sediment build up. The tech came out again and after a short discussion and my input about the dip tube , he was pretty adament that it was not dip tube , but offered to charge me $240 to check it and this was on a water heater they installed and still under the parts warranty. Seemed way to high a cost and sent him on his way. I proceeded to check the dip tube myslef and what do you know ? It was missing or more like fallen off and was in the tank now. I called and spoke with the staff and explained everything and was to hear back with an estimate and how to get the warranty part , this was a couple of days ago, which isn't bad except this issue has been in play for almost two weeks now and I had to sort it out myself. Not good business for a cmpany whos tech left my wife a $8200 tankless water heater brochure as if I would be comfortable with Amercian Brothers ability to service such a high end and cost installation after there tech could not identify a broken dip tube. The only positive side of this is that everyone was friendly and accomadting and the tech was sent out quickly both times .

I have used American Brothers Plumbing several times. Each time, the cost has gone up. I have always liked their service, but the cost is getting a bit much. It took the worker 5 min to unclog my drain. I then asked him to replace my wax ring on the toilet because when he kept flushing, water began leaking from where the toilet was bolted to the floor. I donâ t mind paying for a service, but when there are several other companies offering specials or discounts, it seems crazy to overpay for a service. Nearly $600 for less than 45 min worth of work? I will rent a snake and do the job myself from now on.

Chris installed a garbage disposal for us. He is a very knowledgeable, professional and humorous guy. We had him come out again for a leak in our toilet. We are getting new floors installed, so he suggested we wait until that project is done then he would come out to make sure it was sealed properly instead of fixing it then having to come out and do it again. We appreciated his honesty and integrity. He, or the company will be our go to for any other issues which we hope wonâ t have.

My bathroom sink started having a mysterious pool of water under the sink. I did not see any leaks, and the schedule varied for water to appear. I called several plumbers and told what I observed, but could not identify the source of the leak. American Brotherâ  s Plumbing came out by 11 a.m. the morning I called. Mike the plumber came dressed appropriately with a mask and shoe covers. He looked at the sink, told me what was wrong. He had the parts to repair in his truck, so I cancelled the other plumbers and had him repair the leak at a very fair price. I am glad that I called American Brotherâ  s Plumbing and Mike came out so quickly.

Other than a quick trip to get a part the job was completed without delay. The worker was pleasant and courteous. Got right down to work and completed repairs efficiently.

Excellent! I'm so glad I found this company! Called them on Saturday at 10:30 AM for an outside leak after receiving an outrageous quote from another plumber. By 5:45PM, Anthony had dispatched, investigated, quoted, dug up the yard, left to get the parts he needed and completed the repair, and for significantly less than the other quotes I'd received. Anthony even identified a potential future issue (of which I was already aware) and gave me a very reasonable quote for the preventative maintenance that will likely save me from future leaks and repairs. Dealing with expensive home repairs is obviously something no one looks forward to, but all in all, I'm very happy with the service performed by Anthony and American Brothers and once I save enough in the budget to complete the maintenance they recommended, they'll be my only call.

I will use this company for any services that they provide. One of the most respectable and timely pros I've had in my home. I really liked their professional knowledge and gracious demeanor. And, the price was great.

Great combination of professional and down to earth. Nice to have that combination when you have people working in the home. Going to keep this business card in my file.
