I couldn?t be happier with the work from American Builders Fencing Company! From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and easy to work with. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and paid attention to every detail to make sure the fence was done right. The quality is outstanding?you can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship. On top of that, they offered a lifetime warranty, which really gives me peace of mind. My yard looks amazing now, and I?ve already had neighbors compliment the new fence. I highly recommend American Builders to anyone looking for a strong, beautiful fence and excellent customer service.

DO NOT HIRE. They are quick to take your money, but do not show up when they say they will. Hired them for a cement pad for a shed and added on 55 ft. of 6 ft. high vinyl fence. The shed pad is still not done. They were supposed to come first thing in the morning 4 different days in 1 week and canceled late in the day all 4 days. The kicker is, on the 4th day, they were working on someone else job, while I have 1.5 yards of gravel blocking my driveway. The fence is another story. They started install with an end and corner post, started the line posts, cutting 6-8 inches off of 3 posts only to find out I had the wrong ones. I cannot return the ones he damaged, he agreed to pay for them but now he does not want to. The worst part of the install was they only used 1 bag of cement on each of the 2 posts they installed. No gravel in the base. I gave them the booklet for the fence showing the proper install is 12 inches gravel and 2 ft. of cement. Now I have to hire someone to dig out the posts and do it right. If it was not for having the wrong posts, I may never known they were cutting corners and doing a sub par job. In total, over 5 week, they canceled or just did not even show up 13 times. Robert thinks I wasted his time by coming the 1 day he did show up and improperly installed 2 posts and 1/2 of a fence panel, but could not continue because of the wrong line posts. Well, he wasted 13 plus days by not showing up. Oh, and he could have dug for the shed while he was here.

Robert and his crew did a great job replacing my deck. His personal touches added to the appearance of the finished deck greatly. He started earlier than expected and finished in good time. No problems whatsoever with he and his crew, and I would use them again for future projects

Do not pay any money until the project is started! Project was never started, after signing a contract and giving a 50% deposit communication was terrible and they could not stick to a schedule. Multiple times they did not show up to start the work or even register with my city to be legally allowed to start. After much delay and extreme difficulty to get ahold of them and to get answers from them I decided to ask for my money back. Keep in mind at this point we are over a month past the original start date and I have had all the materials sitting taking up space in the driveway exposed to the elements and ready to be installed. After they initially agreed to refund my money, it took almost another month to actually get it back. Multiple calls with the home advisor helped to push the claim forward, however American Builders lied multiple times on when they would send our money back and I was worried I was never going to see that money again. Thankfully they did finally hand me back my deposit and apologized for the way this project was handled. I am not sure if this is common for this company, or why my experience was so terrible but I caution anyone to not pay any contractor until the work is started. After checking multiple other companies it is uncommon to pay for any labor in advance.

Quick turnaround

Robert and Chris were great to work with on repairing my fence. Robert is quick to schedule the repair, his prices are reasonable for his work, and he did an amazing job on the fence repair. He also was able to repair my neighbor’s fence along side my fence repair job. I would highly recommend Robert for future work!

Robert was very professional and did quality work on installing my fence. Definitely exceeded our expectations. We would use American Builders again.
