Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
This contractor procrastinated and manipulated with many excuses. Before collecting the $7,300.00 down payment for the project he was very professional on calls, follow-ups. After getting the $$$ he failed to keep me in informed. At one point it felt like he ran away. One of his excuses was that his daughter basement flooded.

We are not even done with the project yet..things are dragging a little bit and we are way off schedule...what I see I like so far but I am anxious for completion and don't see it happening!

One of the best crews of contractors I have ever worked with. I would definately use them again for any project. They were exceptionally clean, courteous, the quality of their work was second to none. They came in on budget and did not skimp on materials.

KEN AND HIS CREW DID A VERY GOOD JOB, THE FINAL CLEANUP COULD HAVE BEEN A BIT BETTER BUT THEY WERE WORKING IN BETWEEN THE RAIN DROPS. OVERALL I WOULD RECOMMEND KEN IN THE FUTURE. THANX FOR ASKING
