I originally contacted Tony to refinish my kitchen cabinets. I then decided (women do change their minds) to keep my cabinets the way they were since they were in excellent condition. Instead of the cabinet project, I hired Tony to install a new counter top. The man who came to measure and the other two gentlemen who worked on the job did a great job. There was a slight problem with reconnecting the kitchen sink, but Tony recommended a great plummer who came out immediately and hooked the sink up. We were very happy with the entire job.

Tony and his staff not only do an excellent job, they are polite, careful, prompt and informative. I have 35-year-old cherry cabinets; they understood exactly what I wanted to have done and kept me in the loop. My kitchen also has a pantry with folding doors that are NOT cherry, but their refinish of those doors is a wonderful match to the cabinets.

Tony and his crew really do exceptional work. They took nearly discarded Oak cabinets and made something extraordinary out of them. They really know what they are doing. The entire crew pay great attention to details. Initially we were planning to change the cabinets within a year or two. But with their work, the cabinets have become the centerpiece and extremely rich looking. We will keep the cabinets for many years now. Thank you, Tony.

Arrived on time! Tony and his crew did a SPECTACULAR JOB! They even added some extra touches which really made a huge difference! I had originally considered either painting or staining my cabinets but I am so happy I decided to have them refaced. American Cabinet Refinishing put new Door Fronts and Drawers in our kitchen. The cabinets look great and the pricing was much less than Home Depot and another bidder. Anthony was very easy to work with. I would consider him for any re-surfacing project you may have.

I was very disappointed with my kitchen refacing because the counter top was not cut and installed properly( a corner was chipped), some of the trim came loose or fell off a few weeks later, the plug for microwave was installed improperly ( and is still not working). Also. the team did not work carefully and messed up my newly painted walls in numerous place( they patched them after I pointed out damage) They rushed the job. Tony was professional and friendly during service but when I asked him to come back to fix a few things he emailed he would but never did. That was the most disappointing!

Tony responded to my call immediately. He came the next day and gave me a price. When my table and chairs were returned, they looked brand new. The workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend American Furniture Refinishing and would certainly have them do work for me again.

Tony was the first to contact me. He scheduled an appt., arrived promptly, explained everything, ordered the materials timely, worked with and around my schedule. Tony's work was meticulous; he leaves my condo clean, I felt comfortable leaving Tony alone in my condo while I was at work. He did everything I asked of him and even suggested something to make the job look even better and more "finished". He is pleasant and accommodating and I would recommend him highly. He is a hard worker and shows up and gets the job done quickly and expertly.

This was a complete disaster...in the end the job was screwed up where 3 major errors were made in the installation. The only thing I can guess is that he's never installed the pre-cut countertops from Lowes. In addition, it took him over a month to screw it up as well as trying to get me to pay for additional items I didn't ask him to do AND to pay him before inspecting the work. My advice...avoid this company at all costs, go elsewhere.

"This customer from the beginning was told you can't install a Lowes store bought PRE CUT counter top and not have problems !! PRE CUT means straight, the house was 60+ years old,the walls were 1 1/2 inches out of square..He gave us permission to do what ever we though was necessary to make it work !!He says he didn't ask me to attempt an impossible task, but gave me a key to his house !!I told him from the start he should of let us fabricate a Custon Fit Scribed Counter top, then it would of fit perfectly..The whole world knows there's not a straight wall,but he just wanted to do it the least expensive option. Not always the best option !"

The work was done well and on time. I had a fairly simple repair of a dining room chair. The charge seemed a bit high, but I was happy to pay because the chair is fixed. However, I'll be wary if I have the shop do a larger job and get an estimate first.

He repaired the damage, however I did think that where the damage was would be smoothed out so you wouldn't see were the damage was, and it wasn't. I don't know why it was like that, as I was able to observe other work being done and it looked beautiful.

"It's impossible to repair/touch up damaged furniture and not see something. Proper fix would be to refinish the piece to make it disappear. Customer was told this. And chose plan B"
