They are not organized, they did not have my order when they said they would, they were rude, unprofessional, & not customer friendly at all.

Great product installed quick! Stood by their service with warranty.

We got cabinets refaced and almost immediately the veneer started to peel away. I understand this happening over time. But wasn't expecting it to happen within a few months of installation. I would not get a refacing done again. And I would have to say that a costly project like this shouldn't be done with material that only holds up for a few months.

This company went out of busy and change its name to Capital Refacing. Never installed the front sink tray. Beware of Capital Refacing

After waiting 1 1/2 months, we were finally told they could not start the job. The company is experiencing financial problems and may be going out of business. We are waiting for our down payment to be refunded.

I am so thrilled not only for finally refacing my cabinets but for the quality of work the Alex and his assistant provided. Seamless, professional work. They cleaned up after themselves and finished the work in a couple of days. I waited 7 years to reface my kitchen/bathroom cabinets only because they were brand new when we moved into the house but NOT my style. Now it's light, cream colored, beautiful design and makes me smile. I recommend Alex and his colleague, the offsite Manager (forgot his name-he always answered the phone when I called) and the company wholeheartedly. There was a little hiccup with scheduling where they didn't show up on the original date but they remedied it satisfactorily. Very satisfied.

I am soooo glad I finally did this!! I have never had new cabinets in my life - Even though it's refacing - They are my brand new cabinets. The installer (Nicholas) was professional, clean and accommodating to my needs in the kitchen. His work was beautifully done and he took great care to make sure that everything was perfect when done. I am extremely happy in my brand new kitchen!

They were very professional. They arrived when they said they would. They cleaned up every afternoon when they left. When they finished the job, they swept everything and removed all of their trash. We would highly recommend them. The cabinets are beautiful.

Alex the installer did a great job installing the cabinets. However, the company overall lacks customer service and is not responsive. After calling me numerous times to get my business, once I signed the contract it took them several months to install the cabinets. I had to constantly call to get an installation date. The company is frustrating to work with, but they do good work.

They did a wonderful job at a great price. The installer was clean, conscientious, polite and VERY good at his job. The salesperson was professional, knew her products and the budget limitations as I was selling the house. My wife loved the kitchen when completed and that really says it all, now doesn't it?

They were extra prompt and assertive prior to getting the job but once they were hired, they were slackers. Poor communications. Over promised and under delivered. The quality was fine thought I think the cost for this work is outrageous, but probably comparable to other companies. This is a service that I could use a lot in my real estate business and I think they blew it in that respect. I would not recommend them because of their lousy buisness practices.

I would recommend them to anyone! I was shocked at how good the cabinets came out!!

The refacer - Alex was great! Completed the job in three days and was a perfectionist! Very satisfied with the job!

Mistakes with installation, project completion delayed due to back ordered parts, rudely and unprofessionally pressured to pay for finished job despite that job was incomplete in direct conflict with signed contract.

I did not get a hard sell from this company, which I greatly appreciated. All of my questions were answered after receiving a full written quote but before I said "yes". Jeremiah and his assistant who did the actual work extending and refacing my cabinets were obvious experts at this and not only worked hard to keep the mess to a minimum, they made a real effort to keep the inconvenience at a manageable level as well. The entire job (extensions plus refacing and new door/drawerfront installation) took 2 full days 8 am to 5 pm. I am thrilled with the attention to detail they demonstrated, the quality of the product and the work, and the results (which are stunning)!

It was good.

Replaced the cabinet doors and countertop. They did the work pretty quickly, but for some reason three drawer covers were a bit small. We asked them if they could change them to fit better. Diego was extremely professional and very nice about it. It took a couple of weeks but we got the new parts and Diego did a fantastic job.

The quality looks very good, the workmanship is good. I am happy with what they have done but the costs of doing it are fairly high. I like the family owned business aspect and being local helped make the decision. My kitchen looks a whole lot better with the new cabinet doors.

Refaced all the cabinet doors and also refaced all the exposed old cabinet surfaces even underneath. I was totally impressed. Very very neat. Nice to see someone who cares about his work.

The cabinet samples were so small for you to choose from, although they did a very good job, but I really don't like the color after it was installed, had the sample been larger then I could have really seen the color and design better. Over all good job
