Mark saw that I needed help, arrived within the hour, evaluated and took care of the problem in a short time. He also provided me with the information I needed to do what action was needed to prevent future problems. He was very courteous and helpful. It was explained to me I would only be charged for the amount of chemicals used. That is what drives the cost up. The chemicals used were estimated, not weighed out. They did not use any drop clothes while removing the ceiling panels. A trip charge was applied to the bill which was not part of the contract. NO I would not recommend this company.

They provided practical answers over the phone when they could have just as easily charged me for a service call. So far their suggestions seem to be working, but I'm keeping their name and number in case I never need this type of advice again!

Sam with American Catastrophe was excellent to work wih. He was always available to answer questions and give solutions to any of our probems that occured. He was honest, dependable and took care of us, even when he didn't need to. Crew that did the work was dependable and very thorough. Cost is reasonable...you couldn't ask for better service.
