Everyone I dealt with seemed very professional. Was not present for the cleaning and did not see pictures but the fireplace is nice and clean.

Stephen and his assistant came on the first visit for an estimate. Because of his excellent customer service and professionalism I hired the company to do my work. On the second visit, a different crew showed up and seemed distracted, uninterested, and lacked professionalism. They were nice enough but the work they performed was incomplete and substandard. I called to complain and was handled with great interest to correct the problem. This season is apparently very busy for them but they managed to reschedule the completion before it rained again. Stephen and his assistant finished the work and I am extremely pleased with their professionalism and quality of work. I would definitely recommend Stephen and his crew.
