Josh Milner was recommended to me by two individuals to pressure wash my house and clean my (NASTY) gutters. I must say, I definitely chose the right person for the job. He was exacting, completely cognizant of my house and every bit of whatever that stuff is that sits on the outside of my house (mold, mildew, fungi, worm tracks). She looks like a million bucks now! ! Conscientious about cleaning up the goops, taking care of every freekin inch of everything. Cannot recommend Josh and his service, his attention to detail, and his overall just very nice guy personality added into the bargain. Done within 3+ hours and definitely at a great price for all his hard work and caring. THE BOMB at what he does. KUDOS!!

Josh did an excellent job. The house was my main project, but, I am also going to get my fence cleaned as well. His prices were reasonable and so was his professionalism. I highly recommend giving these folks an opportunity to make your home look like new again. Great work Josh Milner.
