Bob was awesome! I submitted a request to have a new AC installed on servicemagic.com. Literally 30 seconds later he called me, 20 minutes late he was at my front door, and the new AC was installed the next morning. We will use him for and heating and cooling issues in the future. In fact, he will be installing a new hot water tank very soon.

Bob was very professional and his knowledge was obvious to me. He installed a 5 Ton Bryant A/C and a 95% efficiency furnace in one day. He was very neat. He laid coverings over the carpet and cleaned up everything as he worked during the day. He explained how everything worked and offered suggestions as to how to get the best economy out of the system.
