My driveway replacement project was challenged by multiple factors during the placement of the concrete. Upon completion of the work I found a few problems and I discussed them with Mark, the company owner. He called me multiple times to talk about my concerns, and all were addressed and resolved beyond my expectations. I'm impressed by the level of customer service I received. My previous review should be disregarded (couldn't find it to delete) - Mark & American Concrete Solutions made it right.

These guys did a beautiful job. neighbors I didn't know stopped by to say how nice it was.

FRAUD ALERT -- ACS cashed their payment TWICE, once on 6, June 2019 and again on 21, August 2019. Bank confirmed this was their action (not the banks) by the information on the back of the check. No call or visit to explain or apologize.

This was what I wrote in 2019: I looked around HomeAdvisor and American Concrete Solutions seemed to show reasonably good reviews, so I hired them to completely redo my driveway back in May. They did the majority of the work quickly until they took the final check. However, there are a bunch of things that were not done to specification or have defects that needed to be fixed. They left a huge mess on my lawn as well. I called them multiple times until they agreed to make some concessions. Now more than a month has passed they still have not done anything. They were quick to take your check (checks cashed in a few hours, even in the evening), and make big promises before you sign up. Their email server stopped working after my final payment. They do not respond to text messages either. It is my worst experience with any contractor, I would not recommend this company. UPDATE 2020: In 2019 after numerous requests they finally admitted they did not build to the specification, and agreed to perform two years of power washing and sealing for free, In the winter of 2019 I found numerous holes on the surface already, so either they did not seal the concrete or did something else wrong. It is a complete disaster. In 2020 I contacted them in August, tried many times, and was only able to reach them in a few of those times. Every time they would say, *I would need to talk to my boss to get a date that we can come do the power washing and sealing*. After more than two months I gave up because the weather was starting to get cold and I needed that done soon and it was clear that they would not come. Again, this is by far the worst contractor I have ever worked with, and you are looking to hire anyone, please save your money and years of headaches by staying FAR AWAY from this contract. They are the worst, by far.

Expensive price / poor quality work/ excessive time / they ignore customer requests. They took 32 days to install a 20 x 25 foot driveway that does not look anything like what I discussed with their salesman, who never relayed my requests to the installation crew. Their forms leaked when the concrete was placed resulting in surface low-spots. After they sealed the concrete their worked walked on it with muddy boots and ruined the finish. My yard was left a mess with construction debris. They installed a storm-drain pipe from a downspout that when I checked was not even connected underground. When I confronted the salesman with this he had no answers. I highly recommend avoiding this contractor for any concrete work!

Price came a bit higher than other estimates but the guys are professional.

ACS gave me a price similar to black-top for my driveway. They were able to schedule my estimate and job right away to get the project moving. Finishing touches are beautiful and we love our new driveway and steps. The process was easier than I expected!

Did the job when promised and was flexible with changes. Waiting for suitable weather for finishing touches. Hopefully they will return even after paid in full.

Professional, easy to work with, did what they said they would do. Best looking driveway in my area. Like the job and all of the people that worked on my project.

Work was incredible. Quick, responsive, cost-effective, provided superior quality. They came up with decisions that really helped make things easier for me.
