Jeff put a new antenna up on the chimney and I am really glad I called him for an estimate. His prices are very fair for the work he performs. I also found him to be very honest and helpful in answering all my questions related to the new antenna. Jeff got my old antenna off my roof and the new one up in no time. Over the next couple of days I had some pixelation on a local channel that I watch a lot. Jeff came back out a couple of times trying different solutions until he got it stable. Having reliable digital local channels helps adjust to recently cutting the satellite TV cord. I would highly recommend Jeff to take care of your over the air TV needs.

"One thing I pride myself on is punctuality and customer service. Occasionally I come across an issue and I 100% stand behind my work. It is not however rude by any stretch to ask for some sort of proof especially when an accusation of damage does not make sense. It is a polarizing time but we all have to work together for solutions not against each other. Sorry to hear Mike feels threatened by a request for fact finding. In this case Mike claimed gutter damage 9 days after completion in 2 locations. One location was blocked so there was no way to get a ladder up due to a car in the way. Down spout was falling off. Not satisfied with my explai"

I am well pleased with the service and the workmanship he knew exactly what I needed to get the most channels I could get, I would recommend him to others pricing being a little high I think, but to get someone professional that knows exactly what they're doing and what I need is commendable thank you Jeff.

"Hi Larry. Thanks for the review. On the pricing. I know it is not **Cheap** especially when a basic antenna can be purchased for $120 . However just to help clear up any feeling of lack of value, factor in the antenna, late-4g and now 5g filter (electronic) pre amp, adapter, solid copper coax, mounting hardware - that all adds up to just over $273. So what you are paying for is the guy that knows how all those things work. In addition- we refrained from raising prices this year because of the pandemic. All in all I was glad to be of service to you. I appreciate your business and as you say- we do neat job and try to make sure things are professional."

Initially I thought the price was rather high. However, Jeff explained the complexity of the task in today's environment and guaranteed the result. Overall, I now think the price is fair. Additionally, my first several days of service my TV reception and picture quality is excellent.
