The pilings became tilted within a a few months Billy sold me on the fact that they drive the pilings into the hard pan to prevent such issues. When I called for them to warranty the workmanship they first said they would be by to fix the issue after three months I again reached out this time by email. Billy told me they would not fix it and I could do what I needed to do. The man just has a nasty attitude if you tell him the truth about his work. I had to fight to get them to just do what the contract stated they would do. If I treated my customers like he has treated me Iâ d have a horrible reputation. Truth is I over paid. All my neighbors told me I was overpaying but they could do the job when I wanted it done. So I was ok overpaying. I just wish they did the same quality work as the other companies. Or at least back up their workmanship. Advice to the public is use another companies.
