John contacted me within a few minutes if submitting my request online. He was at my house within 30 minutes and gave me ab estimate in no more than 5 minutes. I got a second estimate in about an hour via home advisor. The second estimate was almost double the first one, though it included a door "tube,up." And the warranty was the same So I went with John, American Door He showed up on time the next day and did the work quickly. I was very happy with his work and price. ð

Didn't have the right tools (such asps a ladder!?!) Rude and non communicative. Poor workmanship and when he put a screw in our plumbing we asked him to leave. Incompetent and grouchy. Definitely do not hire.

Came for door repair. Also found the door didn't balance so he took care of it as well + did the standard maintenance. 5 Stars. A deduction for not straightening out a dent completely. I will use him as my go to guy in the future as he is prompt, value pricing, and does good work.
