My original experience with Jack and the spring repair was excellent. My second experience with an associate in orange county, California was poor. the garage door opener completely broke 5 days after Mr. Aguilar serviced the door. My understanding is the company changed ownership. Would not recommend.

When he arrived at the house (on time), Jack analyzed what went wrong with the garage door, then explained clearly what he proposed to do to repair it. He did the work successfully and charged what I feel is a fair price.
