This was my 1st call back off of Angies list of many. I went with them because the gentleman that called me back was knowledgeable and very professional. Not to mention the pricing was great. I am so lucky I chose them , and I had many calling. I got lucky picking someone I new nothing about . The installers were as friendly and professional as the man that called and took my order. Delivery and installation was quick and I was informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company. Haven t had service this good from any one in a long time. Had a little issue a week after so I called the office. The Receptionist was exactly as good as the boys! She knew exactly what to tell us to fix the issue. Took all of 5 minutes. She was great and knowledgeable and professional to.

We have a commercial property with many garage doors and garage door openers. Every time we had to program a new keypad or remote it Involved ladders , cheaters, 2 people and remembering which remotes and buttons operated what. American Door company provided me with an inexpensive, user friendly, easy solution! I am thrilled! American Door Works cares and goes the extra mile. I highly recommend them.

Garage door spring broke at 7:45am. By 9:00am the tech was out and fixing the door. Tech was a young man who was courteous and professional. He didn't say much but he was quick and answered all my questions. It cost me $200 but I feel it was worth it because the service was quick and I didn't need to fix the headache. I am happy with my service and will go to this company again. A+ Rating

Very good service but, I had to call them out a second time because the door would not go up. He said that tracking rails on both sides were wore out and they replace them. I explain to them that they should have spotted that the first time they were out and I should not be charge for a service call and then wipe the bill away. Very good service

Response time was super fast. My door spring broke and within 3 hours a service tech had been sent out and finished the repair job along with preventative maintenence on both of my doors.
