Shower Install or Replace
Robert is a salt of the earth guy who is friendly and personable, very competent, expeditious and fairly priced. We had minor scheduling challenges but nothing that would stop us from using American Drain Cleaners again in future. In fact, we already have for 2 other projects. They came out , in about an hour, since the plumber lived close and immediately, I knew he was a pro, because he started trying to save me money,by looking for the simplest solution, first, w/o tearing out the toilet to find the clog and so we found that the clog had been remedied the last time I flushed and had cleared w/o my knowing it, but it was god to have a pro make sure, everything was all right w/ the system, and of course, it was. Excellent service and knowledgeability! Kudos to my new friend at American. Even my landlady was impressed, because we only ended up paying about half what they quoted.

What an amazing service! I called on a Sunday because my well pump was not working. I received a call back within ten minutes of placing my request. Robert came out to my house at 7:30 am the next morning. Had my water running and well the same morning. Would definitely recommend this company. Professional, and reliable service!

Robert showed within 3 hours of my request and made immediate repairs. Some repairs required additional follow up which Robert was easy to schedule the appointment and acutally showed up! Although, there were a few unexpected complications Robert never gave up until everything was repaired. He even took the time to caulk the tub after his repair.

Well Pump Repair or Service
I was quoted from another company between $300 to $400 including the pump. When I spoke to Roberto, he promised invoices for the parts from Home Depot. I never got them. All I got was an itemised bill from him that is it. The pump was over $200? I just did not want to validate the expenses, but I wanted the reciepts for tax purposes.
