ADR lives up to the promises they make to customers by working very well together as a close team. It shows in efficiency, effort, and personal commitment to customers. We always knew what to expect and when it would happen. ADR outbid by far the competition, while still offering high quality material, upgrades, and first-rate service. Our roof is guaranteed for thirty years and ADR follows up with annual inspections for five years. Joshua, our marketing consultant was a blessing, guiding us through the process. Andrew the overseer was totally accessible and ever smiling. We would be remiss not to give a shout out to ADR's amazing work crews. They worked from dawn until dark one mild winter day to finish before a snow storm. Very dedicated. They did the finish work the following week by repairing an area of siding on the garage, installing a flat roof on the porch, and even repainting and reinstalling our old weathervane. The sales person, Josh was so knowledgeable and professional. He worked hard to get us an amazing deal with the company. They changed both our roof and siding, it only took them one and a half day to complete the work. It was like there was no work done, they did a good work cleaning up after themselves. Josh had to go in for a surgery the day of the installation, but guess what he made his wife drive him over just to make sure the job was getting done right. I can go on and on and on, why don't you try them out yourself. I spoke with at least 6 companies, all I can say is am glad I chose them.

Did an excellent job on installing our roof and fulfilled commitments as promised? Needed a small repair (nail replaced) and the response time was very quick. Very much pleased with the prices, timely turnaround, and professionalism. Would definitely recommend it.

I'm really glad that I hired ADR for my new roof! It was great working with Joshua from initial qoute to the completion of the project. ADR uses top qaulity treated cedar shakes to insure longevity. My roof looks great and I feel confident it will last a long time.

We worked with Josh. He and his team were excellent - very very responsive and prompt. We shopped around for a quote. Josh gave us a very competitive quote, the materials were good if not better than his competition. His crew was already busy and we thought we had to wait. But Josh called with a nice surprise to let us know that his crew could start the job sooner. Highly recommend these guys.

ADR proposed a new product to satisfy my desire for a metal roof that looks like shake shingles. It was installed meticulously and turned out terrific. My metal shake shingle roof is the crown jewel in the community, befitting my cabin. ADR also installed shutters and worked with my mason who applied a stone facing on the chimney. I highly recommend ADR.

There are a NUMBER of technical details required for installing a roof correctly which homeowners do not typically know or have the luxury of ensuring is done right during an install. ADR performed all these correct technical applications as part of their installation best practices. Very impressed. I highly recommend these guys!

Unbelievable!! The most incompetent management that I have ever seen. It is now July 5 and they are not finished on a job that has been in the works since February. I believe that they subcontract most ,if not all, of their work!!!!! In tearing off an older roof for replacement, old tiles and nails were left scattered over the driveway and property. They did not have a dumpster until months into a job that was supposed to take one week. You cannot believe a word that the owner says.

These guys are the best. Their communication skills are excellent and they have a supervisor on site during the job. They cleaned up the site and the roof looks great. One less thing for me to worry about....lol I have no problems recommending them to you.
