Every inspection comes with free Thermal Infrared Images of the walls, ceiling, plumbing and electrical. Most inspection reports emailed to the customer the same day. I will detail any issues that the home or business may have and give you a list of the most critical issues that need to be addressed. I will inspect the grading, foundation, exterior and interior walls, roofing and flashing, windows, doors, appliances, plumbing, electrical, attic structure and HVAC and more. I also offer WDI (Termite) TPCL # 0755559, Foundation, Swimming Pool & Spa, New Phase Construction, Thermal Infrared and Pre-Seller Inspections at reasonable prices. Jesse Fink is a consummate professional! He made accommodations for our schedule while buying a new home; he was prompt with responses; he was extremely thorough during inspection; and he provided an expeditious report. Jesse not only uses a â hands-onâ approach, but he also utilized drone application, and other technological methods to access the home for inspection. As a first time home buyer we were put at ease by Kevin and how thorough and explanatory he was. Because of his inspection, we backed out of the first home we put an offer on. I was at complete peace trusting his findings. We hired him again a week later and are moving forward with this purchase knowing he found and helped us address issues needing attention.
