Greg is a delight to work with. He showed up to provide an estimate on a rainy Saturday and immediately worked us into his schedule. We have a large-ish lot that we moved to only a few weeks ago, and unfortunately our mower did not survive the trip from PA. Needless to say, the lawn was in pretty sad shape. Gregory is amazing. Living in Virginia and selling my home in Jacksonville was a challenge. I'm thrilled I found American Dream Property. He is the most professional lawn care specialist I've dealt with. He presented a proposal for what he would do. He kept the yard and landscaping looking perfect during the time the home was on the market. He checked the yard weekly and did not cut and charge me if the yard didn't need it. He communicated via text and email consistently, sent pictures and invoiced monthly through PayPal. He easily gets 5 Stars for professionalism, price, quality and ease of payment. I highly recommend him!
