Owner Joe met with me to see and measure up the job. He took the time to perfectly match the color of my existing gutters and roof shingles and answered all my questions. Once I received his proposal I called to schedule the work which was on a Monday. He secured all the necessary materials and he and his crew were at the house that Friday and completed all work in the morning.

Team members are professional, detailed and delivered the result as expected. The team ensured that no mess left behind including metal nails. They did extra mile by installing fixing the loosed gutters without asking for extra charge.

We had American Dream fit us a whole new 5,600 sq ft shingle roof. In the bidding stage Joe (the owner) was very responsive and explained the whole process to us very well, demonstrating all the materials he would use. He submitted his bid quickly and followed up to make sure I understood it and that it was competitively priced. Joe was on site with his crew virtually all the time during the job, making sure all went well. There were a few options that came up during the job, and Joe laid them out clearly, without pushing for extra work - he advised several areas of potential work that we could have done, but that we didn't really need - our choice. The crew were polite and efficient, and the clean up afterwards was thorough. I spotted one tiny flaw on the final walk through when they finished, and they fixed it on the spot. I am delighted with our new roof, and the quality of workmanship, and Joe (and his team's) professionalism throughout. I would highly recommend American Dream Remodeling, and have already asked Joe to quote on another job.

The only reason I m not going to give them 5 star is that they did not do the flat roof 4 feet by 10 feet the entrance to basement attached to the hous. Joe says that s flat roof and I don t do that.

Joe was very responsive during our interaction. He came with his crew to patch a 10x5 roof area where shingle had blown off. His technical explination for proper nailing of roof shingles was accurate (I am an engineer), his price was fair. He is an experienced professional.

Joe was very personable and easy to work with. His guys worked hard and efficiently. There was a very small issue with a few shingles coming off during 65 mile an hour winds two days after the work was complete. But that is only because there was never any sun to help seal the roof. Joe was on top of it and had it fixed the next day. The company definitely responded to all our needs. Even came early Sunday morning to add extra protection to ensure no issues with potential rain definitely recommend them and would use again!
