This company American Dry Basement was very courteous, professional, and clean. They inspected the issue at hand and presented us a resolution. The problem was resolved. After an extremely wet season, I was ecstatic that we never had another drop of water enter our basement. Very satisfied with American Dry Basement.

American Dry Basement went above and beyond to fix our shared basement issue. I share a townhouse basement with my neighbor and we noticed some hydrostatic pressure causing water to come up through newly created cracks in the ground. After diagnosing the issue American Dry Basement team installed a 2 wall solution including further work at the source of the issue. After fixing the issue we've had no water problems ever since! Highly recommend and customer service is stellar!

I recently had my basement flooding as we cut down a large tree. ADBS came out and installed the system in 2 days. They were all very helpful and did an excellent job. It’s been 6 months and we got through the rainy months with no issues. Thank you very much

Good, Competitive prices.

They installed drains around the edge of the interior foundation and added 3 sump pumps. The cost was $14,000. The installation was fine. However, pumps lasted a year and needed to be replaced. I have a lifetime warranty. In the past, it was difficult to get service to come and replace the failed pumps but they eventually came. To date, my pump has failed again and there is a threat of flooding. I had an appointment and service called to say they have no more pumps. Every time I tried to call the phone number, it was busy. Anybody with a water basement problem should look to other basement systems companies before they resort to ADBS. The installation was fine but the service stinks. A warranty is worthless if there is no adequate service to take care of any problems that should occur.

Paul and Jackie were very personable and accomadating. There was a slight error as our crawlspace was to pitch towards the basement but instead it was not level in one area. Their manager came out and we discussed the options that are available to fix the error. Will hire again to complete the rest of the work needed.

Dennis Sandburg the sales rep was more interested in educating us instead of selling. He spent a lot of time explaining different concepts to us .He stood behind what he told us . Had to call him during the job and he did not hesitate to pick up his phone and talk to us. Would highly recommend ADB. Even owner Peter was a stand up man. Timely, clean, efficient work. Did not leave "tabs" as was advertised, instead dug trench around entire basement. System is working well as of now. I do need to have one dry well moved (could have used better advice as to location, but I was consulted and ultimately made the decision myself) because it is draining into a sidewalk area that is heavily used.

The waterproofing is great. But be advised it does not fill in any gaps in stone or brick. Have to get a mason.

Fortunately because of them I was able to use my basement as additionaL living spACE. They water proofed my basement and was very patient in walking and explaining the process to me. they maintained a clean working area. I an very happy overall
