They did an excellent job from start to finish. I always was getting ground water through the Concreate floor and seepage through the walls. There process totally eliminated my water problem. I waited one year to post this because I wanted to make sure I didn’t have a water issues. My basement is absolutely Dry!! What a Great company. I did a lot of research of all the other company processes for eliminating water and American Dry basement system came out on top. Also, other companies require yearly maintenance on there system. American Dry Basement requires no yearly maintenance . I can’t say enough about how great this company and there process of giving you a very Dry basement. What can I say about American Dry Basement Systems? A few years ago, our area experienced an extraordinary amount of rainfall. My backyard looked like a pond, and water was rising all the way to the back of my house. At the time, there was already some water in the basement, but I believed I had a solid plan in place to manage it—completely unaware of the damage that was about to unfold. The next day, I went downstairs to check the situation and was devastated to find nearly four feet of water filling my basement. Storage totes were floating, along with irreplaceable family artifacts that meant the world to me—pieces of history from loved ones who are no longer here. I immediately tried contacting the fire department, but I wasn’t alone in this situation; many others were dealing with flooding as well. With no other option, I had to purchase another water pump. ADB installed a small French drain system almost two years ago. The installation was on time and the area was left very clean. We have not had a water issue in our basement since then. I would recommend them highly.

so far so good. The team led by Paul explained everything to me fully. I was getting 1-3 inches of water in my basement for years and since they installed the system i have had no issues. There are certain things that are worth the money peace of mind with water problems for sure is high up on the list. Would highly recommend to anyone having water issues.

Excellent communication and follow through. We received excellent education about the nature of our problems and various options of correcting the problems. I felt very confident moving forward with the work. All work was done on time and as described. Workers were respectful, efficient and considerate. In the five years since we had the work done, our basement has been completely dry during all the increasingly heavy rainstorms we have had since installation. Our previously chronically damp home has completely dried out after years of musty moldy wet walls and flooding with every heavy rainfall. We installed a small dehumidifier and have been able to reclaim our basement for storage, workshop and hobby space. Our whole house is much healthier as even the attic was suffering from the chronic basement water issues. It is such a relief after years of dealing with flooding issues and increasingly heavy rainfalls. My only regret is that we did not contact American Dry sooner.

They solved the serious flooding problem we had in the cellar with rainwater coming up through the floor. Now the cellar is usable and dry, and I don't worry when it rains. The job was done neatly and in less than the scheduled amount of time.

I've had my drainage system and pump in place for 3 years now. Have not had a drop of water enter my basement since.

American Dry Basement was a life saver for me. I was overwhelm whenever it rain because my basement would get flooded with water. I had to vacuum the water up which took some time out of my busy schedule. I was frustrated with cleaning up the water and saw an ad on Goggle about American Dry Basement. I contacted the organization. The representative came out to my house and did an assessment. He told me what was needed to stop the flood. I agreed to the term and signed a contract. The workers arrived and did an amazing job. A draining system was placed around the floor in the basement. They also installed a Sub Tank to prevent the water coming in the basement. and drained out into the sewer. This was two years ago and I have not had any problem or issues since then.
This is the best system to have install in your basement if you are experiencing flood issues.
