They did not clean my vent covers before putting them back on. They bent some of my vents. The did not clean the furnace filter. They ask to use different screws and told me it would not make a difference if I had to replace one. When tried to put a new one on the screws that came with the vent were to small because the ones they used were bigger. I cant move th position on the vent. I feel like the dust is just as much as I had before.He showed me a picture of the vent and said his machine could not get what I was seeing because it was stuck to the vent. REALLY DISAPPOINTED. We were told the job would take 3-4 hours. It took 8 hours. Only one person came to do the work of 2 men. He did a very good job but was disappointed in the amount of time it took. He left our house at 9:30 pm!

I hired Roger and his team to clean my air ducts after moving into a new house. The two man team showed up, and assessed the house and number of ducts. The price was exactly as Roger had quoted me, no surprises, and they were very efficient! I had to cancel my first appointment because our move in date was changed and Roger was so great working around my schedule and very clear on everything that he would be doing while at my house. It was great working with them and i would definitely hire them again!

Unfortunately, the young men who worked with my ducts and vents didn't follow the written invoice directions. I never saw before or after pictures and there was a pretty good layer of dust and dirt on many of my surfaces after they finished. Some surfaces were wiped down but not all. The gentleman who came to give me the bid was very nice, explained what would be done and that it would probably take 3 (maybe 4) hours to complete. The service men were in and out in about 2 and a quarter hours. If they fogged, they didn't ask me and I never smelled anything different. In spite of all of these comments, they did clean the vents enough that it took 2.5 days for dust to settle again. I would hire them again, but I would request another team.

Absolutely fantastic job. Our technician, Dan, was extremely thorough and professional. I feel like the job he did makes the whole house clean and fresh. Now that the ducts are cleaned, I honestly feel I'm breathing better with cleaner air. Dan did an expert job at cleaning up every room as he went. I highly recommend American Duct Cleaning. The customer service (Roger) was great and the job done was excellent.

Really great knowledgeable people. I probably should not have requested an estimate over the phone. They had to reschedule after seeing my older home's ducts required special equipment. One of the guys showed up two hours late. That wasn't as much of a problem for me as it was for the person that was here working by himself. Regardless, I would hire them again.

Took the time to answer my questions, there were no pressure sales rather they were informative about how the process works. They were very thorough were careful of my furniture, showed my how their system worked and got my permission where they had to enter and make a seal in the duct work.Very professional and great price for the amount of work they had yo do

I would refer this company to anyone. Can tell a difference in my home! They were very prompt in returning my call for an estimate and came within 2 days. Their prices were comparable to everyone else. The techs were very professional and friendly. They cleaned my dryer vent also.
