Jon was very professional and did a great job. The pricing was very high. I ended up paying $190 to replace and install a kitchen faucet. My original quote from another Home Advisor plummer was $85. He waived my $59 travel charge or it would have been added to the $190. The replace and install took approximately 1/2 hr.

The person who was here should of been able to give me more information about what was being installed. In this case I was expecting he would test the water before and after so we could see how much improvement our water was and he did not do that and I was not happy with that part of the service.

Prompt response, showed up on time, polite & cleaned up after. All in all a very good experience, however, I thought the pricing was high. I have gotten looks of amazement when I've told people what I paid for a kitchen faucet installment. I would recommend them but I'd also tell the person to get ready to pay $$$!

The American Eagle Plumbing plumber called me immediately to discuss my issue. He came to my house the next day and fixed the problem within minutes. He was upfront about the pricing and he explained to me the work he was performing so that I could prevent it from happening again. I am very satisfied with the service and I highly recommend them.
