He was punctual. Di-organized the Possible Root Causes for Problem. He went to nearby dealer and called with prices and estimates. He Even Put Himself In My Shoes and advised me that if he cannot fix it and I have to spend the night without heat, He will Not Charge me for it. It all worked out fine and He Won (got paid what he asked for) and my Furnace not kicking back on automatically problem was Solved !

I want to thank Jason of American Electric and Plumbing for the outstanding work he recently completed for my mother. He responded quickly to my HomeAdvisor request for an estimate and timeline to complete the work. Once we decided to employ him, he immediately found a mutually convenient time to schedule the project. He was on-time and on-budget and was even kind enough to deal with an unexpected issue of missing parts from an item we purchased from Home Depot (he left to complete another job in the area and came back later to finish the project once we obtained the necessary parts). I can HIGHLY recommend Jason and his company for plumbing work based on his successful completion of this project. In fact, my mother has already expressed that she will have him do another needed project in the near future. Thanks again, Jason, for your fine work and excellent customer service.

While not hiring all the companies in my area and never will because American Electric and plumbing do a perfect job.Quick,Professional,Value for money and Pleasant.Faced with an emergency the Co reacted perfectly arranging all permits etc with great follow up service.There aren't enough stars to give them.Steve is A1 and George perfect.I RECOMMEND USING THEM.
