Inspector Mr. Crosby was pleasantly prompt and professional. The first thing I received was a folder with all the pertinent information I needed on what to expect including guaranteed warranty in his work. I was impressed that he did his homework prior to coming regarding knowing about my property and where the outdoor crawl spaces were located. He was very thorough in note taking as well pinpointing the issues as it correlated to the photos. After Mr. Crosby did his full inspection which he did not rush through; I was walked around the property and shown the areas of concern and in need of addressing by the seller. With COVID being a concern he was thoughtful enough to wear a mask as well cover his shoes. I was truly impressed with the written report as it was very comprehensive. I would definitely refer Mr.Crosby to anyone I know buying or selling a home and desiring a professional inspector.
