After a wooden fence was installed 7 years ago by a well known competitor, I noticed it was falling apart. I called American Fence And Supply, LLC because the well known competitor did not respond back. Nick came out to see me right away and explained every detail perfectly. He wrote up an invoice and less than 2 weeks later my old falling down fence was removed and new chain link fence installed. Everything went extremely smooth including cutting down bushes, removal of old fence, all clean up before leaving and even educating neighbor kids to stay off my new fence. I'm VERY impressed and pleased with American Fence And Supply LLC and I would recommend them to anyone. TRULY PROFESSIONALS

The work crew was very profesional. and experianced. I requested them for the second phase of my fencing project. Office staff is extremly polite and attentive to the customers needs.

I would not recommend them. We had our fence installed in June. They have been out about 5 times to fix it and its still not done. They had to take half the fence down to fix it correctly. It was not plum, gate not hung right, handle on wrong side of gate, screws missing to hold it together. We are still waiting to have it finished. A cap is cracked and we were told the part has been ordered. We like the product. It's a beautiful fence, but not happy with the company who installed it.

I contacted 3 different fence companies and American Fence is the only one that called me back made and appointment right away for an estimate and then showed up even sooner than expected to install. Very professional and great pricing too.

Initiial response was very quick and customer service rep who did the quote was very friendly. I was told I would hear back in 3 to 4 weeks to set up an install date. After 5 weeks I called them, was told an office manager was not available and I would get a call back that afternoon or the next morning. After 3 days I called again and was given an install date. Not entirely happy with the experience but the fence looks great!

The installers did a great job, the price was very competitive, scheduling was a bit informal. I had to call 3 times to get an installation date, and it was about 3 weeks after the contract was signed.
