These guys are amazing. They designed my new deck just off my ideas. I would recommend them to anybody looking to have work done. Very professional! Work was done in the time line we agreed. Overall I'm very happy with my new deck.

"Kathy, I thank you for your business. However, you to say we are "unreliable" that is quite a false statement. I hate weather and the week of thanksgiving ( I have closed that week every year since I've owned a business,2006) delayed us getting your fence installed ,If we were unreliable your fence would not of been installed. Second, I've called twice to give you a price on the additional fence you requested and received no answer or call back. If you would like to add the additional fence please give me a call."

Very professional job. We did encounter a few unexpected problems with the site preparation but Shawn handled the problems and presented alternative solutions. We enjoyed working with Shawn and would recommend his work to anyone. We own Premiere Properties here in Jackson and intend to recommend him to any clients who inquire about landscapers.

I hired this company over 2 months ago and the project is still incomplete. Shawn agreed to remove existing concrete walkway and build a brick paver walkway with a flower bed on each side for $2000 plus tax. To date, the walkway is incomplete and unusable because it is unstable and collapsing on both sides. I have not seen him in over 3 weeks and have been forced to hire an attorney. Shawn is unprofessional and unreliable, promising things he cannot deliver.

The gate was put on going the opposite way of how we wanted it. They didn't really want to change it around so we just left it the way they had it.

"The gate was put up for the best working order. Direction of swing was never discussed with any associate of American Fencing until after job was complete. We reavaiiluated the gate and discussed why the gate swung the way we built it. Clients where very pleased when we left"

Chain Link Fence Installation
Sadly, my experience was quite negative. Not only did Shawn fail to show up at the times he told me he would, he never called to let me know what was going on. He clearly didn't know how to install a chain link fence and wasted two days trying. He finally did have someone with knowledge show up with him on the third and finish. He also overcharged my credit card more than $200.00 and, after three weeks, has failed to credit my account although he told me he had. I would not recommend this company.

"Tim, You were happy with the fence installed when I left your property and all through the installation. You agreed for the amount of charge to your card and gracefully called to add additional footage to your fence. We showed up the days we told you we told you we would and completed the job by the time line originally agreed upon. There was a screw up on the billing. I offered to mail you a check for difference, you asked that it go back on your card. That was done on 12/8/2015, I have documentation that the refund went through. I thank you for your business but find this review the opposite of your experience with us."
