I was very impressed with the quality of materials and workmanship. These guys really paid attention to details and did a fantastic job. I am a CPA and I value attention to details. They absolutely deliver! I highly recommend American Floor Works to anyone who is looking for high quality installation and top-notch materials at a very reasonable price.

Commercial Wood Flooring Installation or Replacement
Been at my house over a week and is not finished. Comes to work whenever he wants. Multiple excuses. Is 3pm a normal start time. Ive had to delay other people because of this guy. Not to mention im living out of my bedroom for a week over a small 400 sq ft. job. Would not recommend this hassel to anyone. Be wareof this character, he talks a good game but doesnt follow thru once he gets the job.On time for estimate on time for deposit never once did he start my job at 8am. I hate this guy. He also orders way to much material so he can take it back and keep the cash. It has been 9 days and its still not done. HES DONE I FIRED HIM

"This is completely untrue and inaccurate. Please look at EVERY OTHER review that shows how we really do business. After we took the time to make his project look absolutely perfect, he insulted us by not paying the rest of the amount on the contract. Kept coming up with silly excuses. When he learned that we took legal action, he decided to get back at us by writing this ridiculous review. Unfortunately people like this exist out there. Please see every other review for accurate description of how we do business. Thank you for reading this."

I am very happy with the quality of the wood and the expert installation of my new floor. As in the reviews of some others, I was a bit skeptical at first because the owner is young. As the job progressed I realized that the crew was professional and that they could be trusted in my home. I had gotten estimates from other companies and American Floor Works offered a high quality wood product at a reasonable price. I would recommend this company to anyone

At first I was a little apprehensive, This young man came into my home and his price was not the cheapest. He had samples and showed he had the knowledge to do the work. After 3 meeting with him, and calling a couple of his references. I decided to have his company do the work. The tough part for me was trusting this young man with a $10,000.00 deposit. I selected a mohoganey with cherry wood base and 1/4 round. His workers have done an EXCELLENT JOB! They were VERY aware of the cost of my furnishing's. Nothing broken or scratched. He is welcome to give me as a reference. Looks too young to have his own business. He is a good person.

Mostly good workmanship, some concerns about timing and experience. Sometimes seemed unprepared for situations that occurred. Finished work looks very good, but did not follow through with some details, such as register covers and trim. Very good pricing. Excellent quality product used. Was told it would take 3 or 4 days, took 7 days.
