Jeff helped me make a decision that was a more economical choice. The installers were prompt and courteous. I gave 4 stars on value only because I feel flooring is too expensive no matter who the provider is. American Flooring did beat the completion however.

Project was to install laminated flooring and tear up the rug. The gentlemen were curtious, on time, worked diligently and did an amazing job. They were respectful of moving our furniture carefully. We went to the office on Saturday at 4 pm and the gentleman had just started to drive out from the store it was closed and he actually went and parked his car and let us in the store for what we needed. Pricing was very reasonable. Thank you.

The installers were very professional and responsive to the work. We had tile removed, hardwood installed. The dust was minimal. They were punctual.

They have a good selection in the showroom to pick from. And the men who were supposed to show up for the job showed up on schedule. Came every day until the job was completed. The flooring came out real nice. There is one board in the masterbedroom with a minor flaw. Some of the places around the door where they had to cut the molding so the flooring can fit under it ....There is a gap between the molding and the floor. And then coming up the steps I can see at the top of the steps, the molding they put down there is a space under it. Other than they they misquoted the job...the guy who came out and quoted the job, he didn't realize how much work it was to do the steps. So they had to add some money to the original quote. Apparently he is not aware of the amount of labor it took to do the steps. It took them 2 1/2 extra days to do the steps. I'm happy with the job overall.
