Kevin was very nice, respectful. However, I was not happy with outcome, Debris in finish, finish put on thickly so that "waves" were made. Did not do what was initially agreed on, I know he wrote down what was to be done, but must have forgotten notes. So much flooring left over, don't under stand why he did not use to replace damaged floor, which was what I hired him to do.

He was great. He has done 2 jobs for me and will be doing a 3rd soon. He is always willing to work with my budget. He answers any questions I have. He is always on time, if not early, stays late if needed and always goes above and beyond.
