I had a very good service experience with american heating and air. The owner kasir was very knowledgable when he came out and diagnose that there was a leak in my a/c system causing the system to blow warm air. He performed the needed repairs at a very reasonable cost. Would definately recc for other repairs if needed.

No pressure to buy.."just the facts" type of approach from Nasser! Other companies tried to sell me right up front, a system replacement of a dying AC. Nasser layed out my options - the best option was replacement, not repair. His down home professionalism is what sold me - not the cost! Albeit, his cost were dramatically lower than his competition. When it was installed, it was a hot day in June - they worked over 13 hours to get my air back on so we wouldn't have to suffer the night without cooling. That's costumer service!

I originally called American Freedom to fix an A/C-Heating unit that was installed incorrectly by another company. Nasser was able to find the problem very quickly, and he remedied the problem. I have had no problems since that time. About a year ago, I called American Freedom to replace a second unit in my house. Nasser replaced the unit at a very competitive prices. Again, the new unit has worked perfectly. Now, I maintain a service contract with American Freedom for both my units. Their customer service and professionalism is impeccable.

The customer service rep was pleasant while setting up my scheduled service. The service tech Nassir was very friendly and knowledgeable about my heating problem. Even though he had to make a return trip the next day due to not having the necessary part, he was on time both visits and answered all of my questions.

Nasser was very customer service orientated. My tenant had no air. He left a portable window ac unit the same day. I thought that was clever and handy to have on hand. He did fix the leak/ replace part. But it all came after a long wait. I don't know if it was him or waiting for the ordered part bc it took close to 2 week. A good thing bc my tenant acually needed that portable ac unit. He gave me date to have the part then when date came says I have to wait another week but the tenant shoul be ok bc she has unit he left. I didn't want to take it the wrong way but it sure didn't feel good to tell my tenant this news.

My AC compressor unit for upstairs had stopped working on a hot Saturday afternoon (on Labor Day weekend). After my phone call, they came out within the hour and fixed my compressor.
