Shad would never show up at the scheduled time. It took weeks to actually finish the job of repairing the granite countertop. Told me I would not have any issues it now looks worse than when fixed it. I called he said he would be here to fox on Thursday, July 28. No show or call. Will not return calls or texts it cost $850 and will not make this right.

The work and value were great. I would highly recommend him, but know that his on time record was not as expected, but he did come through and despite arriving late, stayed until the work was competed. At the end of the day, and it was a long day, we were thrilled. He had correctly diagnosed a problem that eluded other contractors, and fixed everything expertly. No more leaks, and the it looks great, too.

Great to work with. Came out before job started to make sure they could do the work. Replaced sink to farmhouse sink cut the destroyed granite and save me a lot of money by not trying to sell me new granite and being able to restore the old slab. They cleaned up when finished. I would hire them again if needed.

Shad was very prompt to come and give an estimate and came the day before the job was to be done to make sure there would be no surprises. My only frustration was the excuses for not showing up to do the job on time. I accepted the first day he didnâ t come because he had truck issues. The second day he was to arrive around 1. He finally arrived at 5:30 to start the job. That was frustrating to me, but he did complete the job satisfactorily.

On time, easy to work with , only company that responded to us who would cut Granite in house. Shad and assistant Janelle did a outstanding job reshaping our old sink cutout to accommodate our new sink . No mess vented to outside was like watching a artist creating a masterpiece. Will use as only source again.

I have a fallen undermount sink with a Granite top, this been fixed in a professional way , highly recommended this company for any Granite works.

Shad did a wonderful job blending the lips on our tile install in the entryway way of our home. My husband (and I) installed the tile and were not happy with the outcome. Shad fixed our mess and the tile looks great now!

Shad and his wife did an amazing job installing a cast stone fireplace that I purchased from Mantels Direct. My original tile guys spent hours trying to "figure it out" with no luck. It was a VERY difficult job and it looks absolutely amazing!!! It was a ton of work. Shad works EXTREMELY hard and is very professional and is very accommodating. I am also having him fix some grout issues in my bathrooms. He will also be sealing my quartz/marble countertops. He does excellent work. There seems to be nothing that he can't do. I would highly recommend him.

Shad and his wife did a nice job on our 12 year old Corian countertops at a fair price. What really set their work off was when I applied a coat of Automotive PASTE wax(Mequiers)!

Had an appointment the next day after the first contact. Our granite countertops were extremely dull in a few places from previous home owner, now they are bright and shiny.

Nice people worked very hard

Fixed a poor installation on my 13 year old granite which was seamed near the kitchen sink. Prima granite did the original. They no longer are in business. Looks the best it ever has . Shad and Janelle will definitely get my business in the future.

American Granite Restoration are absolutely AMAZING! If you’re looking for a dream room go with American Granite Restoration! We purchased a beautiful house were a cat previously had urinated and destroyed the flooring in our laundry room and hall entryway, we searched multiple companies (Lowe’s being one) who turned the job down because cutting through previously laid granite would have been to risky. With little hope left, Shad contacted us from American Granite Restoration and took on the job! He and his wife showed up very business like ready to work just days after reaching out. They were very attentive, knowledgeable, paid very close to detail, and made us feel as though our job was their number one priority when truly their schedules were full. The job seemed endless when we found the damage went deeper than the top layers of granite and tile. Piece by piece they spent hours working through and all the while Every piece of tile wood and vinyl they cut looked as though each piece came straight from the factory. They then replaced our flooring with vinyl leaving us with a clean sleek look! Within days the job was finished!! Shad and his wife Janelle went over and beyond to make the transition of the laundry room and hallway come together and feel like the true dream home we set out to buy!! The transformation looks exquisite! We truly have a lovely home and we owe it to them! Thank you Shad and Janelle we will be referring you to everyone we know including our family and friends!

American Granite did an incredible job stripping old finish off my slate floor and resealing. Itâ s absolutely beautiful! They were so clean and personable. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and I plan on recommending them to my family and friends.
