Their attitude was excellent. No commitment to time. The gutter they installed is still leaking in multiple junctions although they came to fix it, it is still leaking like crazy. Now I need someone to fix their newly installed gutter.

They were very unprofessional. They did not wear a mask when he spoke with me. He did not even know what he was here to do. He was suppose to be here at 1:00 and showed up at 9:00. He only started the job after I told him what I was charged. The job he did was horrible. I had to hire another company to come out and fix it. I had to pay the second company twice the amount because they were fixing another company mistake.. I had to prepay for the service and Home Advisor kept telling me they could not tell me who did the job. They said I had to call Handyman their partner company. just BUYER BEWARE. 1st and last time I will us. It took me almost 4 weeks to get everything straightened out.

We talked to Lou originally. He came when he said he would. When we offered to pay part before he started he said, "Wait till we finish the job." Jeff, Keith and Lous worked diligently. They were all so nice. They answered our questions, gave us very helpful suggestions, and worked very quickly and proficiently. We love the new gutters and leaf protection. We also had them add new soffit and fascia. The house looks so good. We recommend them very highly. If you want a good job for a great price, call them. Thanks Lou, Jeff, and Keith. Wonderful job.

Lou Reynolds response was quick and started work the next morning at a reasonable price. All other quotes I had received would "get to it in a week". I needed the job done immediately and that's what American Gutter Company provided. It only took them a little over an hour and they were a great friendly bunch of guys to talk to. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
