had a most delightful experience with American HAVC services today. Much to my surprise the owner of the company and his assistant both provided an excellent service for my 3 Mitsubushi air conditioners at a reasonable cost. I had been waiting for Neptune air conditioning to give me an appoint for 3 weeks. They are the worth company of itâ s kind. They messed me around and after an inspection costing me $81. They suggested a regular service for $545.00. You can only contact them through email and basically there is no customer service. I went to home advisor and i was recommended American HAVC services , which turned up promptly and fixed the issue with in a short time. I was totally impressed Dominique and his honest approach. He is knowledgeable and knows the meaning of giving a real service. Highly recommend him. Mojgan Skelton

Dominique has been a really good guy. He and his team worked after hours and did a 2-3 day job in one night. They have been good about following up to finish the details like sealing the walls where they had to cut through, but made sure everything was functional immediately. Great work and much appreciated.

The company owner, Dominic, talks a lot but does not deliver on his promises. He is always late on his appointments when he shows up- and try to ingratiate your sympathy with small talk about his upbringings in a small village in Senegal where he attended the Christian Church (I am not interested in a AC installer's religious choice as long as he/she performs a good job!). I purchased a 24,000 BTU 2 mini-split from Dominic, contract was signed on April 24 but after I gave him a deposit he started cancelling scheduled appointments and took him almost four weeks to complete the installation. Sloppy job. Electric wires were left exposed, the AC power breaker was not working and he decided to make a direct connection to the compressor -creating an electric hazard that is still unresolved after numerous requests to fix it. The AC is not working, one splits signals Error E1. Dominic's first attempt to fix it determined the cause in a valve of the compressor being shut. He asked me if I closed it (obviously I did not) and then he blamed his crew for not being professional, I got the problem immediately he said. Perhaps he did not realize that blaming his worker puts the responsibility to himself, the owner.. Opening the valve did not solve the problem, the AC did not work. Dominic then he said that there was a leak somewhere so he left a bottle of gas plugged with the manifold gauge on the compressor for one night to determine if there was any pressure loss. The next day he checked the manifold and said that there was no pressure loss perhaps only a very little one for which he would pump a sealer in the system that would do the trick and close the leak. The AC worked for 15/20 minutes then it stopped with the same E1 error. Dominic blamed on a recorded phone call- a screw punching one of the line for the loss of pressure contradicting what he said earlier that there was no pressure loss. In a later text message he wrote that is an electrical problem. I solve it for someone yesterday. Your case is special. So, Mr. Dominic, is it a loss of pressure or an electric problem? He tells different versions every time to distract from the real problem. He is clearly unable to fix the problem. I paid $3750 for hardware, installation, electric wiring and the AC is NOT WORKING after 4 months. Lawsuit will follow.
