I gave 5 stars because I dont want to ruin your rating due to one idiot. Anywho you'd think your employees would know better being in a company vehicle. This one blew a stop sign leaving their neighborhood on Schomberg rd and cut me off and made me slam on the brakes and told me I was number one when I honked at them. Save me the corporate speech, just wanted to let you know.

Outstanding service over the holidays! Our air conditioner stopped working while we were out of town for New Years. We came home late in the afternoon on a Friday to a hotbox. From the first call, Dipam Patel, the technician, was responsive, professional and reassuring. He arrived promptly, clearly explained the issue, and ordered the part we needed immediately. As soon as the part came in, he fixed our problem efficiently and correctly. What really stood out about Dipam was his honesty, dependability and knowledge about our system. I would 100% recommend this company, and Dipam, to anyone needing heating and cooling repairs.

They were hired to replace an existing mini split ac unit. The installer left multiple time looking for parts or tools. After it was said and done clamps were missing for a drain line that was originally provided by the existing unit and there is almost an extra 3 feet of control wiring lying on the ground. The generated a fault after about three months, and they were quick to correct the issue. I am happy with the units and the owner but not the installation. I would use again but only if I am home.

They gave me a quote over the phone and were able to install the next day. That is what won me over to them. The also sevice my other unit at the same time and gave great service. i will be using them again.

They were able to come out when I needed my heating unit repaired. My repairs were diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner.

Our installation was more complex than typical HVAC systems, creating a few issued that had to be addressed. The American techs were able to resolve them all and we are comfortable with their responsiveness and attention to each detail.

I had a small issue after the installation and called customer service. They heard my concern and it was fixed within 2 hours on the same day.

They answered on my first call. Called me back within two hours with a confirmation. Arrived immediately after they called to say they were on the way. Service was no nonsense and didn't try to cheat me. Gave me honest feedback on the work that needed to be completed. I will use them for all future HVAC work and recommend them to others.
