The team was excellent, professional and timely. Chris showed up promptly to review the project (whole house installation of siding) and give a proposal - no high pressure, very open and honest. Communication was excellent and every question was answered, sometimes within minutes! He explained all choices and costs. Patricio and the entire crew worked very hard and left nothing to chance.......really good team. We would definitely recommend 100%.

We have complete roof job and gutters replacement. Dave Pat & crew were very professional and courteous. Material and crew members came on time, everything was very organized and professional. The new siding looks very beautiful, my wife and me are very happy about it. Many of our friends admire the new looking of the siding. Special thanks to the project manager Dave and the crew leader Tom, they formed an outstanding team to get the project going smoothly and efficiently. I was so impressed that all the detail working items as well as price are shown in the contract. Dave communicate with me time by time to ensure the job gong as expected. Good quality work. Brought up concerns and rationale for remediation that other contractors didn't feel the need to. Was the most customer-oriented during the sales calls than other contractors.

The experience was a blessing since my history of finding good contractors has not been the best. From meeting with the company representative to the job foreman to seeing the job completed was the best. They went over and above in handling and request of them. I would recommend them any time.

Dave made a terrific presentation to convince us to select his firm as THE vendor to do our roofing installation. Patricio and his men worked tirelessly to bring the installation portion of the project to completion under the threat of rain. The level of efficiency with which this team worked was a pleasure to witness. Dave was "around" - in person and by e-mail - to insure that the commitments made during the sales presentation were delivered as promised. I thank all of these men for the excellent work they did to this point. The firm, however, needs to work with their supplier so that the dumpster does not linger in the driveway for 48 hours AFTER the final cleanup. All-in-all I am pleased to recommend AHC as a roofing contractor for their overall fine performance.

I utilized American Home Contractors for a window replacement job. The service experience was top-notch from top to finish. Dave D. from AHC communicated with me regularly throughout the entire process, so I didn't have to chase this company at each and every step of the process (as is unfortunately the case with other contractors). Dave demonstrates a clear interest in (and knowledge of) his profession, and he was very responsive and flexible with us. AHC was on time EACH time on both estimation and installation days. I was happy with the quality of their workmanship, and overall they delivered as promised. Based on the results of this project, I highly recommend American Home Contractors to those interested in using their services.

Dave spent a lot of time upfront making sure we were totally comfortable with the process and cost. Once the project was started the crew was quick, clean, and made sure to address any of our needs or requests. After completed there were a few nails I found around the property but considering the scope of the work and the windy conditions, I think they did about as good a job as could be expected. They may not be the cheapest roofers in the area but i feel comfortable they are among the best values. With their warranty program and the level of quality they deliver, there is no question you get what you pay for.

The job went as exactly as planned which included the pricing of the job, explaining what would be done, the installation of a new roof with gutter, timely installation and the thorough cleanup. The roof and gutters look amazing and gave the house a whole new look. I would highly recommend him and his team for any roofing installation. Outstanding service!

I think the overall cleanup could have been better. The communication from the sales manager and the Forman Could have been better.

Everyone from this company was exceptional. Ours was not an easy project since we had three roofs and a shingle roof. The tear off was a huge project but, they did it effectively without leaving us daily with a horrible mess. Our house is a three story with high ceilings, but the workers were very safety conscience and well supervised. John the owner was great to work with and his manager David addressed all our concerns. We had a complete tear off of roof with new plywood, skylight and gutters. A tear off of garage with new roof and gutters. All the permits were handle through John. Awesome!

Estimating and contract process was difficult at first but improved as the project got started. Quality of work and workmanship was excellent. Ground crew was more than willing to make project accommodations to please the homeowner.
